Fix Your House? Who Knows. But This Contractor Has Insane Tape Measure Skills

If you ever wondered whether your contractor who never shows up at your house on time (or ever) -- or, when he does finally show up, seems about as motivated or skilled as a rotting floor board -- has anything going on "upstairs", this may be an answer...at least for one contractor. He's been practicing his tape measure tricks.

Seriously, this guy is amazing with a tape measure. We may not want him as the guy to rebuild our entertainment room, but for birthdays and Bar Mitzvahs? He's f-ing hired.
