B-Take: You have to hand it to this guy. Not only was the pot literally stuck to his forehead when the cops entered the convenience store, but they found him peeing in his hat. (No wonder things were sticky around the head area.) Authorities were uncertain whether the man intended to place the hat back on his head after peeing...but presumably the investigation is ongoing....see the full story.
