If my plumber says on his answering machine that he will respond immediately to all "emergencies," and I leave a message that my basement and livingroom are both 6 feet deep in water, and I don't hear back from him for 2 weeks, does that confirm that my flood and subsequent collapsing house were not "emergencies"?

I'm a plumber and I won't give me name but I resent the atitude here. I do my best to get back to custome3rs and if I can't it's because I have a pretty darn important commitment. Stop being funny and start showing more respect or you'll never get your messages returned, that's for sure

If my plumber calls me back THAT'S when I conclude there's an emergency. He's so unreliable I'd be afraid if he reacted to something quickly. Sad but true
