We expect our nanny to wipe all family butts, what's her attitude?

Ok, really, sounds like a problem in the extended family. Can't have your nanny pissed off. Talk, that's my philosophy.

I don't need a resentful nanny around my kids no matter what the reasons. Get rid of her before the anger comes out worse.

Look at the bright side. You've got your nanny so confused, scared, she's not 100% sure YOU know she wouldn't wipe your b**t. That's imposing control over you employees!

I love going to the playgrounds like this. Can't believe how brazen the nannies are about dissing their bosses. It's disgusting. It's sad too that they're responsible for the innocent kids, you hope they don't take things out on them.

Counseling? Mom and nanny better reach an equilibrium or they're heading for trouble. If relationship problems like this aren't solved early, almost all get worse and a lot become traumatizing.
