Preschool lesson plans for free

Badly need your help. There is still a difference between something and nothing, but it is purely geometrical and there is nothing behind the geometry. I am from Latvia and too bad know English, please tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "Denver mayor john hickenlooper has introduced the preschool matters program that will greatly impact future denver schools students, if passed by voters in the november election."
