I used to be lilke that. I got swept up in my block's neatness. So many people seemed to spend all this time on their lawns. And then we'd get together and everybody would talk about the latest this and that. You just did it. I did anyway. Now I don't so much and truthfully my neighbors don't socialize as much with me. If I could get my husband to spend less time in the yard it would be a miracle. Our yard is small and nothing to it, there's nothing more to do with it. Yet he's always out there doing something. Had I known then what I know now.. |
