Funny, over the top underappreciated 1981 movie starring Dan Ackroyd as a neighbor from hell and John Belushi as his hapless mild mannered neighbor-victim. (How's that for role reversals?) Think your neighbors stink? Watch this movie.

You'll laugh, and thank God none of yours are like the Ackroyd character who, among his lesser offenses, has a highly developed affection for automatic weaponry, hits on his neighbor's wife and daughter daily, attaches himself to his neighbor's house like a bad in-law, and otherwise turns the lives on his next door neighbors into a living hell.
