Dawn At The Gym...Vacation Time!

Guy 1: What are you doing here, every day 6am?

Guy 2: (sitting on floor, looks up from newspaper) Whaddya mean? What are you doing here?

Guy 1: I'm working out. Exercising.

Guy 2: I am too (picks up paper again, gulps thick shake-like drink)

Guy 1: Yea. (looks at couple muffins on guy's lap, shakes head)

Guy 2: (sighs, slight smile) Only way Carrie will let me out of the house. Exercise. Get in shape. Christ, kids up at dawn, nanny isn't in until 8:00. It's f**ing exhausting.

Guy 1: Maybe you exercise you'd be less exhausted for the kids.

Guy 2: (takes big bite of muffin) Yea, maybe if you lifted your weights and shut up I could finish the sports section. ...overhear more

You'd be surprised how many people start like this then get motivated. First hting I'd do is grab the muffins from this man and demand he either work out or leave. I find over 1/2 decide to work out when you push them.

Hey, if going to the gym relieves stress even without exercising, isn't it healthy to go even if you don't exercise?

I'm totally with lazy dad. What's wrong with our relieving stress? It's sad some guys havce to lie to their partners about going to the gym, etc just to relax. But you do what you have to.

I know my husband does more hanging out at the gym than working out. HOw can you go there for a year and gain weight! I'm cool with it. It gets him out ouf house early in tghe morning and I get to relax without him. He doesn't know butif he stopped going I'd be upset.

Why not order in pizza and donuts? My boyfriend claims he works out regualarly, which is a crock. I've told him if he doesn't get into better shape he's gonna face serious consequences and he knew exactly what i meant. I'm giviong him 1 month.
