Man Steals Gutters. Town Fears For "Leaders"

B-Take: You know, "leaders," as in gutters & leaders (those tube things that hang down the side of your house). This miscreant really did steal gutters--from a local church. He was charged with 6th-degree larceny. (Apparently gutters don't rate highly in Connecticut.) Punishment?
