Buy My House And I'll Give You A Photo Of Jimmy Carter

The housing market stinks. And people are desperate and nutty. Here's one house sale that offers real value-added. Or, as the seller suggests...you buy the house, you get a lot of other "great stuff".

Of course, one person's "great stuff" is another's junk. We believe that any house sale that includes a framed photo of Jimmy Carter -- for free! -- has to be taken seriously. Even if the seller is quite possibly out of his or her mind.
