B-Take: At least it's not snow again. Sure, the homeowner & other neighbors are legally required to shovel up & dispose of the birds...thanks to the USDA's recent "let's poison overpopulated birds & not tell communities about it" program. But at least town residents won't need ice melt to clean up their driveways....see the full story.
