Shouldn't this be Illegal?

School buses. Not the actual buses or the kids inside. We love kids. But, must they really flip the stop sign out into the lane where none of the kids are crossing? Our lane. And when mom comes dashing out, greeting her little ones, and talks to the bus driver, smiles, laughs, waves her hands excitedly . . . what is she thinking?; that this street, now choked with cars around the corner, is her personal let's-chat-all-day Starbucks? Hey, how about a double peppermint mochachino? Talk somewhere else, ma, think of someone other than yourself, let the poor bus driver go, so he can make his other 133 stops in town between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m., and so finally we can go too....read more rants
