My favorite activity, outside of bicycling, is throwing some stray leaves and stuff on my neighbor's lawn and watching how fast he's out there raking or blowing it off.

We sometimes even bet on it. It's as if he's got cameras and lawn sensors.

We're right by the beach. it's awesome. Our deck overlooks the water (once you get past the rows of other houses, and the blocks of buildings). But we know it's there and it's great.

we go to the mall and throw pennies from one end of the mall to the other trying to get them in the fountain. it's like 100 yards or more and not easy.

we keep score and, at the end of the winter, the winner gets taken out for celebration.

we rarely hit mall shoppers, but it's a little risk and that's what makes it even more fun.

You guys are more creative than me. I'm still a big fan of hottubbing. But I have no objection to throwing in some plastic lawn chairs and stringing a volley ball net above us.

Sounds fun. Our town recently banned hot tubs that could fit more than 6 people. something about them having to be regulated like swimiming pools.
